All funerals are Delivered at least an half Hour before the start or at the special time you request guareenteed. That means early and late funerals as well as weekends.
Flowers By Jane is a truly family run business who is alway happy to help where possbile. so if you need a special timed delivery or maybe a colour change of flowers we have online or you need to stay with in a budget we are only a phone call away on 07 32297644 to help.
What this means is that our couriers work exclusively for us and they follow strict procedures for all deliveries. firstly we always follow special instruction where possible. If someone is not home we will contact them, if they Don't awswer we will text them and then we will try and call again before sending a photo of a safe shady spot where we left the flowers. All flowers go out in a water source. In the situation where we can't leave them, i.e the is no cool shady spot or it is a secured unit address the flowers will come back and the sender will be notified and we will redeliver at no cost once we have organised a time that suits us both. If these need to be redirected to a new address a new delivery fee may occur.
We can definitly get Am Deliveries within our Delivery Zone, with enough notice for delivery in the morning, i.e at least 3 hours notice, but if in doubt please contact us so we can best direct you. Even if we can't get it there Am we may be able to still achieve a workable outcome.
Deliveries must be placed by 12pm Midday on the web or via the phone there after to ensure same day delivery, please let us know of special instructions and a contact number of the recipient in the case problem with delivery arises. And while traffic and logistics sometimes make it impossible to guareentee deliveries times when orders come in later in the day, rest asure we work as hard as we can to get them there before 4pm at the latest. Did you know Flowers By Jane Does both Saturday and Deliveries all Guanteed Am. Our cut off for this is 10 am Saturday morning. Outside this time like Sundays or for later timed deliveries, you will need to phone and discuss the possibility and we are always happy to help where possible.
