This page explains the copyright covering everything you see and read at Flowers By Jane, whether that's text descriptions, photos of our bouquets, or the little touches we've added over the years. Every word, photo, and design on this website belongs to Flowers By Jane, unless we have specifically credited someone else right there on the page.

Flowers By Jane Copyright Statement

What You Can and Can't Do

Just to keep it straightforward:

• You can browse all you like, pick out flowers for delivery, or share a link with a friend who has no idea what to get their mum this year.
• You can't copy, republish, or use our photos, words, or designs for your own website or shop.
• If you're unsure about using something, or you want to ask about licences, get in touch at the details you'll find on our contact page.

Why This Matters to Us

Every bit of work on our site has come from the effort of real people here at Flowers By Jane. Our flower photos are of arrangements we've actually made for Brisbane folk. It's part of what makes shopping with us feel a little more personal. Please respect that by leaving our content where it belongs.

If you spot someone using our work without permission, let us know. We care about keeping things genuine in the flower world.
